Tired all the time? Look at iron properly.

₹300CBC
₹1,400Iron + TIBC + Ferritin
₹2,099Immunity Panel · 10 tests
Two questions, two tests. A CBC tells you how much haemoglobin you are carrying; Iron + TIBC + Ferritin and Vitamin B12 tell you the reason behind the number. Chasing the first without the second is how people end up on the wrong supplement for a year. Report in about 6 hours. Home collection is charged separately and varies by area.
*Typical timings for routine tests booked in a morning slot. Some specialised tests take longer — we tell you when you book.

Talk to a doctorWorth watchingUsual range
A sample reading of 11.4 sits just under the usual range for adult women. It is a finding to explain, not a label — ferritin is what says whether the stores behind it are full or empty.
The usual lower cut-off is 12.0 g/dL for non-pregnant adult women and 13.0 g/dL for adult men — your report carries the range the analyser is calibrated to, and the age- and sex-matched band for children.
Usual range → retest yearly · Worth watching → ferritin and B12, then a repeat on your doctor's date · Below the range → we route you to a doctor with the full clinical report.

Call 108 now — do not wait for a test
Chest pain, breathlessness while sitting still, fainting, sudden one-sided weakness, confusion, or bleeding heavy enough to soak a pad within an hour are not things to book a blood test for. Call 108 or go to the nearest emergency room now.

What do I do after the report?

Food
Ghar ka khana, tuned for iron — chana, rajma, palak, ragi and gud through the week, with nimbu or amla in the same meal, because vitamin C alongside changes how much iron the gut takes up.
Movement
While haemoglobin is low, gentle and daily beats hard and occasional. A twenty-minute walk, stairs at your own pace, and a rest day when the day asks for one.
Habits
Keep chai and coffee about an hour away from your main meals rather than with them. If your doctor has started iron or B12, take it on the schedule they gave and retest on their date — ferritin moves slowly.
This plan is information, not medical diagnosis. Speak with your doctor before acting on any findings.
Barcoded samples from the doorstep, calibrated analyzers, and pathologist review before release — Dr. Manju, MD Pathology, verifies every report. After that, Aira explains each marker on WhatsApp in plain language and keeps track of when your retest is due. Aira explains and coaches; she never diagnoses or prescribes. Anaemia testing, answered.

A CBC (₹300) shows your haemoglobin and the size of your red cells, which is where the story starts — but not why. Iron + TIBC + Ferritin (₹1,400) and Vitamin B12 (₹1,200) fill in the reason. Your doctor decides which of those you need.
No. CBC, ferritin and B12 are drawn without fasting. Serum iron reads higher for a few hours after an iron tablet, so we usually draw before the morning dose — tell us at booking and we will slot you before it.
One low reading is a finding, not a label. Haemoglobin shifts with hydration, recent illness and the time of day, and the usual cut-off differs for men and women. Your doctor reads it beside your ferritin, B12 and history before calling it anything.
Dr. Manju, MD Pathology, verifies every report before release. Aira then walks you through each marker on WhatsApp in plain language and helps you track the retest. Aira explains and coaches — she does not diagnose or prescribe.
