Your thyroid sets the pace for energy, weight, temperature and mood. TSH is the signal your brain sends it, and T3 and T4 are what the gland actually makes — read together, they show how the system is running today. Report in about 6 hours. Home collection is charged separately and varies by area.
*Typical timings for routine tests booked in a morning slot. Some specialised tests take longer — we tell you when you book.

A sample reading of 3.2 sits inside the usual range. TSH is read next to FT4 and next to your last result — the direction over two readings says more than one morning ever does.
Usual range → retest yearly · Worth watching → repeat with FT4 on your doctor's date · Outside the range → we route you to a doctor with the full clinical report.
Reference ranges differ between laboratories and shift in pregnancy. Your report carries the range the analyser is calibrated to.
What you notice → what we test
Tired through the day even after a full night→TSH + FT3 + FT4
Weight moving without a change in how you eat→T3 T4 TSH
Feeling cold, dry skin, more hair in the comb→Thyroid + Vitamin D + iron studies
Periods irregular, heavier or further apart→Women's Focus Health Panel
What you feel is context for choosing a test, not an answer. Every line above has several possible explanations — the blood is how you narrow them, and your doctor is who decides.

What do I do after the report?
Food
Ghar ka khana, tuned for steady energy — iodised namak in everyday cooking as you already use it, dal or another protein at every meal, and something at 5pm so the evening does not become one large dinner.
Movement
Twenty minutes of walking on most days, and one slow strength session a week. Start at the energy you have now, not the energy you remember — that is the part people get wrong.
Habits
One sleep window, kept on weekends too. If your doctor has prescribed a thyroid medicine, take it at the same time each morning and retest on the date they set, not earlier — the number needs weeks to settle.
This plan is information, not medical diagnosis. Speak with your doctor before acting on any findings.
Barcoded samples from the doorstep, calibrated analyzers, and pathologist review before release — Dr. Manju, MD Pathology, verifies every report. After that, Aira explains each marker on WhatsApp in plain language and helps you track it over 90 days. Aira explains and coaches; she never diagnoses or prescribes. Apoorv Pathology is registered under the UP Clinical Establishments Act.
No. TSH, T3 and T4 are drawn without fasting, so a morning slot is only about convenience. If a fasting sugar or lipid is being drawn in the same visit, the 8–10 hour fast applies to those tests, not to the thyroid ones.
T3 T4 TSH (₹500) measures total hormone and is the usual first look. FT3 FT4 TSH (₹700) measures the free, active fraction, which reads more steadily when pregnancy, the pill or other medicines shift binding proteins. Your doctor may ask for one specifically.
It means the number sat above the usual range on one morning — nothing more. TSH moves with sleep, recent illness and time of day. A repeat alongside FT4 is how the picture settles. What it means for you is your doctor's reading, not ours.
Dr. Manju, MD Pathology, verifies every report before it is released. Aira then walks you through each marker on WhatsApp in plain language. Aira explains and coaches — she does not diagnose or prescribe, and she will tell you when something belongs with your doctor.
