FSH and LH: day 2–5 of a period reads clearest. Irregular cycles — any day; tell us.
Fasting insulin: 8–10 hours without food. Nothing else on this list needs fasting.
Hormones are read in context — cycle day, time of sample, medicines. The Smart Report notes all three beside the value; the reading is your doctor's.

Prolactin and testosterone read best from a morning sample after a night's rest — stress and a rushed commute can raise prolactin. FSH and LH are clearest on day 2–5 of a period. Fasting insulin needs 8–10 hours without food. Cortisol is drawn at 7–9 AM. A 6–11 AM home slot fits all of them.
Only for fasting insulin (8–10 hours). Prolactin, FSH, LH, testosterone, estradiol, DHEA-S and thyroid do not need fasting. If several are booked together, we fast for the one that needs it and draw everything in the same morning visit.
